En route home from Pittsburgh via US 30, I took a break to walk around Lisbon,seat of Columbiana County. Like just about all midwestern towns and cities it
has some gaps and rough edges, but it's obvious that the people have a sense
of the town's history and an appeciation for the importance of maintaining its character.
